On December 8, Professor Xu Chengzhong, Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Macau/Director of the Cloud Computing Center of the Shenzhen Advanced Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, visited the Innovation Center, and the delegation was warmly received by Pang Guanshi, a member of the Technical Expert Committee of the Center. Accompanied by member Pang Guanshi of the center, Professor Xu Chengzhong and his party visited the experience center and discussed matters related to cooperation and communication with the center with members of the technical expert committee Pang Guanshi.

Committee Member Pang Guanshi first introduced the latest construction situation, technological research and development direction, and technological achievements of the innovation center. Professor Xu Chengzhong introduced his team’s latest research progress in parallel and distributed systems, cloud computing and big data, intelligent transportation and smart cities, autonomous driving, etc. related special projects undertaken, and had technical communication with committee member Pang Guanshi on the ongoing resarch projects and pre-researched projects of innovation center, and conduct in-depth discussions on the application of edge intelligence in the fields of big data, intelligent communication, smart cities, and unmanned driving.
